HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN.

Well we really seem to have turned a corner this week with my mum. Although sometimes still confused, and short term memory here and there (something I frequently suffer with). She appears on the up, eating well, having a laugh, also on Sunday Roy (her neighbour) invited her around for tea in his garden, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Mum recalled how he had cut the crusts from her sandwiches, and how delicious the home-made Victoria sponge tasted.
Maybe its the sunshine, whatever it is, its fabulous to have her back . Talking of sunshine, isn't it wonderful to have some good weather? Math has re-assembled all the garden furniture, and I'm looking forward to lounging in my swing chair with a good book and a cold glass of Pinot Grigio. I just hope the sunshine continues for while longer, we are redesigning the Japanese garden and this is always an easier task in the sunshine.
My step-brother and his wife are coming to stay for a few days in June, but I doubt that we will have finished the garden by then, which is a shame (his garden is out of this world), he may even lend us a hand!!!!!!!!!
